Who we are
Williams + Co Conveyancing is a small, family-owned business — and that shapes everything about how we work. When you're buying, selling, or transferring property anywhere in South Australia, you're not a file number to us; you're a person going through one of life's biggest transactions, and we treat it that way.
Owner Tanya Williams has spent years in real estate and conveyancing, transferring properties right across South Australia — with deep local knowledge of the Mid North and Clare Valley regions in particular. That local grounding means she knows the towns, the quirks, and often the people involved, not just the paperwork.
At Williams + Co, a smooth, stress-free settlement isn't the goal — it's the standard. People come first, always.

A bit about the team
Meet Tanya Williams
Tanya doesn't just process paperwork — she's spent 25 years in South Australian real estate, the last twelve years dedicated entirely to conveyancing, and she brings that experience to every settlement she handles.
As Director of Williams + Co Conveyancing, based in the Mid North, Tanya has guided hundreds of clients through the milestones that matter: first homes, growing families upgrading, and — full circle — helping the kids of her earliest clients buy their own first homes.
She holds Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) status and keeps it current through ongoing professional development, so you're always getting advice grounded in the latest legal requirements. She's also an active member of AICSA's Best Practice Groups and the Valleys Business Network — staying connected to the standards and the community she serves.
For Tanya, conveyancing isn't just a transaction. It's local knowledge, real relationships, and getting the details right for people she'll likely see again down the track.
